We are currently looking to hire Recruiters to join our US Staffing Team. Work experience ranging from 1- 4 years of experience

What we are looking for (minimum qualification):

• Work experience ranging from 0- 2 years of experience
• B.E. / B. Tech./MCA / BCA / B.Sc. /M.Sc. or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of current and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
• Able to perform complex Boolean searches(or aptitude to learn) on the web as well US Job boards (Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, dice.com, indeed.com, theladders.com etc.)
• Strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have (will be a plus):

• Ability to engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, meetups, twitter, about.me etc.
• Experience engaging with talent through GitHub, StackOverflow etc. will be a plus.
• Track record of building and nurturing strong long term relationships with the candidates.
• Understanding of US tax terms - (W2 / C2C / 1099) and US work authorization types (H1-B / Green Card / TN / EAD / OPT).

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
