We are an American Private Equity group expanding our global capital raising capability.Be part of building Unicorns in rapidly growing technology industries.Our firm is looking to add Private Equity Capital Raising professionals to our organization. In this high impact role, you will be responsible for connecting with and raising assets from high net worth individuals, Family Offices, small institutions, and distribution partners.DescriptionOur unique model combines systematic entrepreneurship, executive leadership, professional capital management, and a substantial network of experts in a single institution that acquires and consolidates companies in fragmented industries to produce market leaders.Cebron Group is the principal founders, funders, and owners of our companies, taking responsibility for their long-term success by providing them with all the resources of our network.Through affiliated companies, Cebron Group acquires and merges companies in fragmented industries such as cloud computing, data centers, medical technology, biotechnology, aerospace, communications, and industrials to form larger, national companies that can either be sold to a strategic or financial buyer or taken public in an IPO.Requires Skills/Experience

  • 7-10 years of raising assets for private equity, hedge funds, wealth management firms, and distribution partners.
  • Strong network of existing investors a major plus
  • Proven sales track record in a complex sales environment
  • Tech-savvy - Understands and speaks intelligently about technology and innovation
  • Investment savvy - Can make a compelling argument in favor of an investment opportunity, while artfully balancing the merits and potential risks of such.
  • Experience in wealth management - a plus
  • Experience in working with top clients in high-end professional services environments such as private banking, RIA, law, strategic consulting, and enterprise sales
  • Passionate about developing and maintaining relationships
  • A strong network of affluent individuals who value the candidate's opinion investment opportunities
  • Drive/hunger for success
  • Entrepreneurial: Self-managed, self-starter, versatile, self-sufficient, and with a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience in using multiple strategies to source new investors
  • Experience working in a high paced environment using traditional and social media channels for identifying potential investors
  • Ability to influence and develop strong relationships with investors
  • Proven experience leveraging multiple sources of investors to quickly access new sources of capital
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint desired
  • Present new investment opportunities and manage investor's due diligence process to closure
  • Diligently and timely address investor questions, requests, and concerns
Education, Certification and/or Other Professional CredentialsBachelor's Degree required - MBA highly preferred. Industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree Compensation This is a performance-based compensation position (no base salary-commission only).
