Position Summary

Deloitte Encore Program –End User Support– Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The Deloitte Encore Program is specifically designed to enable seasoned professionals who have left the workforce for one to three years to return to work. This paid 16-week program offers an opportunity to enhance your skills while providing you a role in a client service environment. A network of Deloitte professionals will be assigned to provide you with relevant training and mentorship and will help support your professional growth while you gain hands-on experience. You may also have the opportunity to join the team upon successful completion of the program.

About the Team

Global Finance Services uses the latest technology and insights to provide Deloitte with a fully-managed, global financial solution. We develop world-class processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness to ensure consistency and compliance across our global network.

Role and Responsibilities

  • You’ll learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the financial system (SAP S4 and other applications) with the ability to socialize the design
  • Assisting the business and process area representatives from participating member firms, DTTL, and GFS to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate across CoS for system testing while onboarding newer geographies and for routine system updates.
  • Work with GFS Internal controls to ensure CoS is compliant with various Internal controls and security accesses.
  • Utilizing strong relationship management skills, you’ll build relationships and networks with leadership and clients of GFS
  • Have an impact by working with the different GFS teams and Member Firms to ensure cross functional alignment, share best practices, and support continuous improvement, leveraging ideas from the process operators as appropriate
  • Drives standardization of select skilled-based processes that are common across business functions and member firms
  • Leverages a single technology platform
  • Acts in support of member firm Business Finance teams so that they may, in turn, focus primarily on internal clients and value-add activities
  • Implements leading practices and drives continuous improvement
  • Delivers to agreed Service Level Expectations (SLEs)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7+ years of related professional service experience
  • Experience with SAP and core Microsoft Office packages are essential
  • Experience with other applications like Ariba, Concur, Cognos, Service Now, Blackline would be preferred.
  • Strong finance and project management skills; specialized skills and experiences may be required relative to operations/process excellence
  • Proven track record within the Deloitte network of member firms OR successful experience working in a comparable global professional services organization required
  • Ability to leverage proven techniques to elicit and analyze client needs; ability to provide key input into solutions that meet and often exceed client needs
  • Demonstrated experience with the project management function collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams and delivering effective business solutions and strategies, frameworks or tools for use at an organization-wide level
  • Proven track record in navigating through complex organizations, and with strong influencing skills to drive initiatives through to their successful conclusion
  • Can interpret business objectives and drivers to shape initiatives to deliver outcomes that fulfill these business objectives
  • Ability to work under constantly changing conditions and tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and collaborate with business leaders
