Key Responsibilities
- Lead all activities related to contractual, legal, commercial and insurance issues related to contracts with clients including the drafting of contracts and generation of variation orders to maximize profits.
- Ensure submission of monthly compliance reports, periodic progress reports, exception and audit reports by the Project Management Unit (PMU)
- Review the pre-award and Post tender terms and conditions, to identify and mitigate commercial risk of the contract.
- Preparation of EOI’s, RFP and Bidding submission documents.
- Coordinate between Nodal Authority, Coordinating Officers and Private Partner(s) and other departments for highlighting issues, challenges etc. faced by the Private Partners in liaising with the Authority to ensure reconciliation towards remedial measures
- Contract and Technical Due diligence for EPC, BOT and HAM Projects based on FIDIC
- Assess company's obligations and liabilities, including insurance requirements, bank guarantee wordings, payments terms, etc.
- Supervising and monitoring the drafting of agreements for various stakeholders including retail
clients, institutional clients, sub-contractors, vendors etc.
