We have an urgent openings for the position of “Telesales Executive” for Andheri East, Mumbai Location.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous 1. 5 Months to 2 years of Progressive experience in the field of Telesales working with customers directly on call or email. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to set up a call with you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to long-term business growth.

Location: Andheri MIDC

Experience : 1.5-2 years progressive experience in the field of Telesales working with customers directly on call or email

Salary: 3.2 lakhs- 3.4 Lakhs Per Annum(Negotiable for the right candidate)- Lot of growth opportunities.

Work timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Flexi-time policy between 9:30 am to 10:15 am)

POSITION: Telesales Executive

Job Description :

· Proactively call customers and check for their interest in our product

· Identify the reasons for non-purchase and offer alternatives or deals to ensure maximum conversions

· Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system/ Excel sheet.

· Chase deals with customers until they are either closed, dead or turned into Paid customers

· Plan sales activity & sets weekly goals to achieve individual business target

· Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks

· Work closely with other sales team members for sales closures

· Co-ordinate smooth post-sales handover & transition.

Role Requirement:

· 1.5- 2 year progressive experience in the field of Telesales working with customers directly on call or email.

· Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi

· Ability to extract and maintain sales reports on Excel.

· Must have the ability to organize and manage prospects/leads database

· Excellent negotiation skills.
