Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop relationship and to understand overall needs and requirements
Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Scheduling , Follow-up , Coordination with candidate to ensure show-up and feedback from interviewer.
Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good knowledge of sourcing quality profiles and candidate management- Must have prior experience of at-least 2 to 5 years in hiring.

- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Job Location- Andheri EAST, Mumbai.
