Job Description –Sales Executive

Aqgromalin is a tech driven farm diversification platform enabling farmers to diversify into Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture. We work both on the upstream and downstream of the farm gate through a full stack tech solution. Farmers can order high quality inputs via our app AQAI and get it delivered to their farmgate. Post-harvest, our downstream trading platform enables farmers to exit the produce through our network of traders, retailers and exporters. We aim to organise the world’s protein supply, while enabling farmers to diversify their income sources. Aqgromalin is a fast growing start-up with a young and ambitious team, and is backed by marquee institutional investors. We are looking for

Designation : Sales Executive

No of Positions -1

Location : Tezpur

The ideal candidate will be the expert in identifying and generating New leads through the complete understanding of the Local Aqua Markets. The candidate should able to convert the leads into our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting the Fish markets daily to study the market and for Identifying the leads

  • Able to extend our business with the identified leads through their strong negotiation skills

  • Responsible for extending the business in their allocated districts.

  • Able to Travel extensively

  • Able to achieve the monthly deliverables and targets.

  • Learn and apply field sales techniques

  • Help develop Client relationships and trust.


Knowledge & Skill requirement


  • Knowledge on Aqua market.

  • Ability to work independently to achieve performance objectives and deliverables

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience


  • Good communication in the local language is must
  • Ready to work in the Flexible timings
  • Own two wheeler is must
  • Relevant prior working experience will be preferable
