Envertiz Consultancy Ltd is a leading international recruitment agency delivering staffing solutions for numerous NHS trusts across the UK. We have offices in the UK, India and the UAE.Envertiz is a preferred recruitment partner to the NHS and travel the world in the pursuit of finding the best talent in the healthcare professions for our clients. We are currently looking for Recruitment Executives to work from our Cochin office. This is a full-time position. Please read the details before you apply for this position.

You should have a strong command of English language.
You are required to work 5 days from 12 PM until 9 PM - Indian Time.

Roles and responsibilities:

1) You shall perform and deliver the duties of an International Healthcare Recruitment Executive facilitating the Recruitment Process of hiring Health Care professionals to the UK based employers.

2) Handling inquires and communicating with every candidate and creating a good sense of understanding about the process

3) Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures in the process you undertake.

4) Staying in touch with the candidates and assisting them and guiding them with the correct procedures and follow ups.

5) Updating every event to the candidate, line manager and associated leads/managers.

6) Understanding the compliance and educating the candidate along with the preparing their documents.

7) Documenting every action you undertake through e-mails and notices.

8) Training and assisting new consultants to learn and develop the process.

9) Following the office protocols, maintaining the office decorum and performing your duties with utmost confidentiality.

10) The above would be the duties and responsibilities but won't be limited and would change as in when required, which would be promulgated timely for the best interest of the organization and the system.

11) Reporting to the concerned Team Leader / Manager timely.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1) Good Command in professional English Language communication (both verbal and writing)

2) Strong admin skills and highly motivated or candidate who have good organizational skills with ability to thrive under demanding timelines

3) Bachelor's Degree or above

4) Experience of minimum 1 year in the Recruitment Industry, however experience in Healthcare Recruitment would be preferred.

5) Good computer skills, especially email communication and MS Office package.

6) Willing to join immediately / short notice

7) Ready to work 12 PM – 9 PM (IST)

8) Target driven and work to set KPI’s
