Roles and Responsibilities
Job Purpose -
This Bank is a young and dynamic Bank which has and is expanding its network PAN India rapidly.

The incumbent is expected to support this expansion at the Regional Level as well as facilitate renewal and update/maintain all the details related to the New Branch & ATM & Existing Branches & ATM as per location, Cluster Head Wise, also maintain data of other officer location details.

Engage both with internal stakeholders and external landlords and vendors for premises related requirement

Assist and support project managers on field as back up lead contact to maximise performance.

Coordinate with our Legal Team and Landlords for documents as secondary project manager

Support Regional Head to conclude the lease execution of new premises and renewals based on recorded approved terms.

Follow-up with Landlord for electricity and water connection and other owner scope of work

Coordinate with Architect and Vendors for submission of layouts and BOQ.

Follow-up with Internal Stake-holders (like CPC, Admin, ATM Team etc.) for placing Orders for materials required at site.

Coordination with Landlord and Registrar office for lease registration

Coordinating with Landlord for termination and handover of the premises in case of exit of premises

Follow-up for delivery and installation of equipment once the orders are placed for timely completion of projects.

Site review of ongoing site for ascertaining the progress of work

Coordinate with our IT / FM team for IT related setup

Prepare branch Handover Takeover (HOTO) formats and arrange other documents as required for HOTO.

Coordinate for completion of snag and issues raised by business team post completion of work.

Check invoices with respect to documentation (bills from vendors and landlords) and follow-up for timely submission of invoices.

Access Lease Document Management System (LDMS) for updating of lease document from time to time basis recorded lease terms

Access Project Management Tool and Payment Approval System

Reconciliation of vendor payments, security deposits paid to Landlord, security deposit general ledger

Maintain documents and provide administrative support

Maintaining relevant files for Audit review
