Location : Karnataka
You would be working in Inside Sales, reaching out on call and providing academic counselling sessions to prospective students who have applied for the same on our website. Your target audience would include graduates or working professionals and you would be responsible for understanding the needs of each specific person and helping them with the best solution to go forward in their career.
Location: Brookefield, Bangalore (interviews are remote)
Annual CTC: INR 4,80,000 per annum (Fixed + Variable)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Familiarizing yourself with all products offered by our company.
- Contacting leads who apply for academic counselling sessions on our website.
- Understanding customer needs to offer solutions over call/email.
- Taking up follow up and negotiation calls to provide necessary clarifications to achieve sales targets.
- Building strong relationships with the customers to retain them.
- Managing the entire sales process to bring deals to closure.
- Creating and maintaining the database of prospective clients using CRM.

Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
