Job Overview

Area Sales Manager will generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. They manage and conduct sales territory analyses, and close sales.


  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area (Gujarat) to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide information and assistance on product services and features
  • Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm
  • Meeting Market influencer’s such as Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Turn key Contractors and even customers
  • Ensure proper customer service by teaming with co-workers
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research providing updates to senior management
  • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales
  • Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with the dealers
  • Reaching the Sales targets and goals set for your area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit.
  • Appointment of New Dealers.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or similar relevant field.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and data driven problem solver.
  • At least have 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Well-presented and professional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods.
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
