Full Description

As an Associate, you'll be responsible for understanding trading validations, to accurately capture all transactions, complete reconciliation checks, breaks management and ensure controls are performed.

Specific Responsibilities -

End-to-End process knowledge & capability to resolve issues.

Trade Validations & Approvals

Exceptions monitoring & escalation of all pending items

Breaks Management

Performing timely independent Process Review

Knowledge sharing amongst the team members & developing an SME culture

Stakeholder Management

Business representation on Control & Management Meeting

KPI/Capacity Monitoring & ensuring proper work allocation

Running Transformation initiatives in the process

Qualifications - Internal

  • Basic knowledge about the securities market and different financial products

  • Excellent MS skills ideally to macro level

  • Knowledge of market data providers

Qualifications:

  • Strong Academics background.
