New Job Talent Acquisition Executive In Madhya Pradesh

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
• Job posting to relevant media platforms.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Arranging interviews.
• Participation in HR Discussion and negotiations
• Completing the relevant paperwork of selected candidate
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree in human resources management.
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• 2-4 Years of Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
