company that envisions to keep the plastic in the economy and outside the environment by
implementing robust technology & on ground solutions across the plastic waste value chain. Recity
works with multinational brands, CSRs, multilaterals, government, and city administrations for
transforming the global plastic waste industries across the globe.
Position: Senior Manager – Key Accounts
Experience: 3-4 years in institutional and technology products sales and/or management consulting
Position Overview: You shall collaborate with the peers to develop disruptive ideas at all points of
business development. The role is to create business opportunities, communicate effectively with
the external stakeholders through business documents and ensure operational excellence via
intermediation between Senior Management, Sales team & internal stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Generate direct brand sales
o Research, identify and reach out to the right person with a customized pitch to invite for
a meeting
o Develop pitch presentation along with demo (if required) and present to the client; Gather
specific requirements of the client and build a proposal accordingly
o Resolve client queries and its procurement teams while demonstrating the value of the
product
o Build alignment with all the internal & client teams on project scope
  • Raise philanthropic/ development/ CSR funds for Innovative/ POC projects
o Identify, study and gather information about all the development/ philanthropic funding
institutions relevant for Recity
o Research and understand the project needs basis the past projects, institutional agenda,
and market momentum
o Apply for the funds and manage the different stages of selection, negotiation, proposal
finalization and order
  • Contribute during the engagement with channel partners/ industry associations to
generate sales
o Articulate strategic insights for engagement with channel partners basis the discussions,
product understanding and level of complementarity
o Develop collaterals for joint GTM (National and International) exercise; Support channel
partners in resolving queries, with research, case studies etc.
o Prepare customized proposals which includes project details, budgets, manpower details
etc.
  • Support functions in other miscellaneous assignments
o To support different business functions as and when required
o All other projects and tasks assigned by the CEO/ Senior Management
Skills Required:
  • To be able to communicate effectively both in written and oral medium
  • To be able to think analytically and problem solve to decipher insights for the business
  • To be able to prioritize and anticipate client expectations to manage projects efficiently
  • To be able to collaborate with diverse group of people
