Responsible for troubleshooting the technical queries, applications issues, and perform root cause analysis. Also, ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality of work on all service requests.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

  • New client onboarding follows ups and help them to setup server as per their requirements
  • Address client’s tickets regarding server or application related issues
  • Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
  • Guide customer with simple, step-by-step instructions through chat, email, and call
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting of client issues
  • Record technical issues and solutions in Tickets
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their server are functional
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals

Requirement:

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0 year to 2 years Professional Experience
  • Good Language and Strong Communications Skills
  • Understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Windows Server products and/or Apple Operating Systems
  • Ability to Work in a Team,
  • Ability to Prioritize Projects

Desired Skills:

  • Expected to work in shifts covering good overlap with US time zones.
  • 24 X 7 On-Call/Chat/Email Support.
