Area Sales Manager Position Overview

Position Name – Area Sales & Manager

Position reports to – Sales & Marketing Manager, Delhi

CTC / Salary – 40K Negotiable.

Locations: - Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Brief
We are looking for a high-performing Asst. Manager Sales and Marketing to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Key Responsibility Area (KRAs)
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

· Promote the companies products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives.

· Keep records of sales, revenue, Invoice etc.

· Build long – term relationships with new and existing customers.

· Report to Sales Manager and follow the marketing instruction as per their guidance.

· Submission of rate quotation after through cost analysis.

· Research and identify the new parties background for future business activities.

Market Intelligence

Lead Generation

Conversion ratio of leads to customers

Actual business developed

Sales projection achievement

Customers follow ups with smooth Coordination and effective communication

Qualifications of candidate applying for this position

  • Business administration / marketing or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative
  • consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

· Years of experience -5 years

· Candidate should have sold (or selling) to clients like Convertors, Printing Industry, and Packaging Industry. Or have sales experience of B2B.

· Candidate should have sold (or selling) products like films, printing inks for plastics, Lamination Adhesive.

· Candidate should have worked with employers having manufacturing unit of industrial product.
