EXPERIENCE: - 5-10 YEARS

QUALIFICATION: - ANY GRADUATE, PREFERABLY MBA IN SALES & MARKETING

JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidate should have experience of 5-10 years of which he should have worked in FMCG companies in General Trade for Surat based (Surat city & district region).

The candidate’s main KRA would be:

1. Candidate should have worked in FMCG companies in General Trade for Surat based (Surat city & district region)

2. The brands he handles must be mass & not niche, this gives a wider scope for selection as he would/should have good distribution knowledge. Therefore, the brands he handles must be well distributed in urban & rural markets, Must have thorough knowledge of markets

3. Must know local language of the region

4. Well versed with computer (M S Office)

5. Must have knowledge of indenting / sales forecasting / scheme allocation and development / infrastructure building like manpower, rural distribution & coverage.

6. Additional experience of working with SFA (Sales Force Automation) reporting system

7. Industry-FMCG-preferably Food & Beverage
