We are currently accepting applications for a Technical Recruiter / Headhunter.


The Role:

Based in our Skibbereen or Ahmedabad office and reporting to our Chief People & Culture Officer, the Technical Recruiter / Headhunter will play a key role in our HR team and also in the growth and expansion of Spearline.

It’s a challenging, fast-moving environment and the ideal candidate should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace.

You will join the HR team to identify, screen and hire qualified candidates globally for our Product Engineering team.

  • Manage, drive and own the full cycle recruiting for our Product Engineering team by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruitment fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media
  • Demonstrate strong sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent
  • Drive offer process, including offer approvals, extensions, negotiations and closings
  • Partner with stakeholders and provide creative and effective recruitment solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the roles and requirements within the Product Engineering team
  • Achieve our recruitment goals and targets to meet our hiring plans
  • Represent Spearline’s vision and values with integrity and professionalism


Skills Required:

  • 5 years IT or Product Engineering recruitment experience
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for product engineering positions
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms to source quality candidates
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (i.e. face to face / remote)
