    About the Position:
    Procurement Department is responsible for making all the buying decision pertaining to the Project Setups and Operational Hubs. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for procuring/sourcing goods and services in relation to HVAC, Electrical equipment/appliances, Civil work, Glass and Partition, acoustic, Computers and Networking equipment, Office Furniture and other miscellaneous goods/ services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.
    What you will do:
    • Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies
    • Prepare negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
    • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce procurement cost and improve the effectiveness
    • Having Value for money (VFM) approach and cost-consciousness
    • Creation of vendor base/master across different zones.
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
    • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
    • Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
    • Institute policies and procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce our overall expenses while increasing productivity
    • Assess, manage and mitigate purchase risks
    • Assist in procurement process design
    • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
    • Ensuring regular monitoring of Project Budgets
    • Work in close coordination with stakeholders
    • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
    • Conversant with an E bidding process
    • Vendor Performance Management
    • Develop and train procurement team
    • Closely work with internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives
    • Build organization reputation with external stakeholders
    • Managing and coordinating:
    • Floating RFQs to vendors
    • Arranging quotations from suppliers
    • Quotation Analysis
    • Issuance of Purchase Orders, Tracking of the Purchase order
    • Determine the quantity and timing of deliveries
    • You are someone who has:
    • Experience: Around 10-15 years’ experience in procurement function preferably in construction or interior management company.
    • Educational background: BE (Civil)/ supply change management/purchasing and logistics
    • Strong managing capabilities
    • Prior experience in construction / Interior management company
    • Technical understanding of HVAC, DG sets, UPS and other electrical equipment
    • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
    • Interest in market dynamics along with a business sense
    • A knack for negotiation and networking
    • Working experience of working on ERP system preferably on NetSuite
    • Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
    • Strong managing capabilities
    • Proven working experience as Procurement Manager
