Position: Manager-Vendor Partnerships and product management, non-healthcare services

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

This role at Alserv is for on-boarding vendors on to the Alserv platform

· To help design the product and non-healthcare services portfolio in the region

· To verify and on-board service providers in the platform

· To define processes of commencement of services

· To provide feedback to service providers and engaging them constantly

· To train relationship managers with the product and regularly update the service portfolio

· To keep systems/app/portal updated

Qualifications and Experience:

· Undergraduate degree, post graduate degree is helpful, not mandatory

· 2+ years’ experience in vendor management in the region in one of the service heads

· Good communication and strong network in the region

· Attitude to achieve and go beyond targets. Self-motivated to work hard
