Brief Job Description:




Experienced in Digital analytics :

Should have strong experience with Omniture/site Catalyst/ Google Analytics

Experienced in creation of interactive dash boards using Report Builder/Google Analytics

Creation of power point report and insight generation

Test and validate the implementation of Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst) tagging changes throughout the development lifecycle

Educate testing teams on the tools and methods to validate digital analytics tagging effectively

Segment website traffic to understand and optimize user experience and conversion based on source, channel, visitor frequency, location, etc.

Collaborate with members of the digital, product marketing, and web teams to provide actionable insights on the performance of digital channels.

Guide product marketers in identifying key performance indicators for their areas and build appropriate reporting that provides insight into the performance of initiatives within each area.

Understands clearly how to configure profiles and views, including goals, filters and other Google Analytics functionality

Understands configuration for custom metrics and dimensions/custom variables

Create, automate, visualize reports in the available tool stack and present holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites

Derive actionable consumer insights from trends observed data and reports for the business owners and stakeholders

Person should be able to work in self-driven mode as far as analytics is concerned, should be able to find new areas for analysis and insights

Recognize and observe emerging trends, opportunities and threats from changes in Search, Social and the wider Analytics landscape

Project management

Understands timelines and aims at delivering on time

Ensure that outputs confirm to standard quality norms and meet client requirement

Ensures issues are addressed in a timely manner and deadlines are always met

Domain knowledge

Has good understanding of basics of digital analytics

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate (Statistics/Economics/Operations Research , MBA), M.Tech,, B.Tech

Work Experience (No. of years):

Total experience - 3-4 years years in digital analytics/statistical analysis projects

Experience in client management

Candidates having prior exposure to understanding of pharmaceutical digital analytics research is desirable but not essential
