Job Description & Summary

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsible for operational activities that include joining formalities, relocation, documents verification, employee file maintenance etc.

Act as a liaison between candidates and various teams involved in the onboarding process for seamless onboarding

Proven work experience in document collection, preboarding checks or similar recruitment related functions

Timely review and validation of forms /documents, make necessary follow ups with Candidates or other concerned teams for closure and clearances

Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with the Service Level Agreement

3-4 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree

Good interpersonal/

communication

skills and attention to detail

Workday knowledge or prior experience handling activities in WD is preferred

Good MS Office and reporting skills
