Front Desk/Office Admin Responsibilities:
- Handling queries on daily basis with the staff.
- Handling calls on a daily basis.
- Front office work - greeting visitors and clients, answer the phone, and schedule meetings for office administrators.
- General administrative duties including photocopying, filing, booking, organizing team events, meeting rooms, ordering stationery, dispatching and accepting mails, and courier services.
- Taking incoming telephone calls, dealing with such calls promptly in a professional manner, and re-directing appropriate calls to other individuals or departments within the establishment.
- Any other duty requested by the Principal/Administration Manager.
- Handling petty cash.
- Maintenance of General Company records.
- New Employee introduction process and taking care of all the joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records neatly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain timekeeping and other payroll-related responsibilities.
- Maintain attendance and leave balance records.
- Payroll Processing support.
- Recruitment Process (Book-keepers, Accountants, Other Staff)
