Full Description

Front Desk/Office Admin Responsibilities:

  • Handling queries on daily basis with the staff.
  • Handling calls on a daily basis.
  • Front office work - greeting visitors and clients, answer the phone, and schedule meetings for office administrators.
  • General administrative duties including photocopying, filing, booking, organizing team events, meeting rooms, ordering stationery, dispatching and accepting mails, and courier services.
  • Taking incoming telephone calls, dealing with such calls promptly in a professional manner, and re-directing appropriate calls to other individuals or departments within the establishment.
  • Any other duty requested by the Principal/Administration Manager.
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Maintenance of General Company records.
  • New Employee introduction process and taking care of all the joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records neatly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain timekeeping and other payroll-related responsibilities.
  • Maintain attendance and leave balance records.
  • Payroll Processing support.
  • Recruitment Process (Book-keepers, Accountants, Other Staff)
