Job Summary:
The job will involve managing Industrial Relations, dealing with union matters, managing stat. compliances and plant administration. The job also needs to take care of NEEM and Apprentices related management and compliances.

Responsibilities:

Statutory ##Ensuring all applicable legal compliances on time##Coordinate PF / ESI / LWF / Gratuity, etc. with legal department & employees. ##Submit returns on time and resolving employee grievances & salary related issues on PAN basis. ##Manage ESI & Mediclaim issues; submitting claims and following up settlement of claims.##Prepare full & final settlement, gratuity & coordination with PF office for PF claims & PF settlement.##Oversee the disciplinary actions in case of habitual absenteeism.Industrial Relations##Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.##Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders.##Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.##Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.General Administration ##Ensure the effective rendering of services like Medical, Safety & Welfare facilities. ##Liaise with Government departments pertaining to Personnel & Administration matters.##Look after Housekeeping Furniture, Telephones, Fire Extinguishers, Computer Systems, Office Equipment#s & various payments of Bills etc in time.##Develop long-term partnerships with local suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery & quality norms.##Consistently evaluate vendor performance to ensure supply of quality material/ execution of job works.##Empanelment of vendors, vendor selection, rate finalization, renewals of contract of approved vendors viz Housekeeping, stationery, Security agencies, Courier vendor, Car hire agency. ##Ensure employee data is seamlessly transferred between HR operation team and travel portal team to maintainaccurate travel portal profiles with updated approval matrix##Manage and tackle any exceptions to business travel policy on need basis and assist travelers with best suitable option while ensuring business travel policy is strictly adhered to.##Analyze and prepare monthly dashboard to highlight function wise usage, booking pattern, savings, miss savings, No show/ cancellations##Direct the canteen and housekeeping activities.Recruitment##Handle the entire scope of NEEM & Apprentices recruitment.##Screen resumes forwarded by consultancies and short list prospective candidates from job sites.##Conduct preliminary round of interviews; coordinate & schedule other rounds of interviews with the management & candidates.##Coordinate with the selected candidates, issue their offer letters, design induction programme & conduct on-the-job training programmes. Induction##Schedule Induction of New Joiners (NEEM & Apprentices).##Arrange for required personnel during the induction.##Answer all questions in case of employee queries.

Required Skills and Experience

##MBA (HR)/MSW##Well versed in Marathi, Hindi and English##Good exposure in dealing with government offices##Prior experienced in employee relations or industrial relations in Maharshtra (Pune specifically)##Strong experience in dealing with unions##Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures##In depth knowledge of employment legislations##Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills
