Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through Human Resources solutions. You’ll handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding.
Partner with business to understand key people issues and work towards offering solutions aligned to the identified areas.
Plan and execut e employee engagement events in collaboration with multiple stakeholders from business and other IFS teams.
Drive different phases of performance management including goal-setting, mid-year and annual reviews and feedback discussions.
Demonst rate thorough understanding of Human Capital policies and processes , sensitiz e employees on the same and tak e necessary HC action in cases of non-compliance to policies.
Monitor CSS/PSS cost and periodic reporting to business.
Work with resource managers to ensure optimum utilization of employees aligned to the defined targets.
Monthly MIS/reporting to business/ HC leadership as per internal guidelines
Support the execution of change management initiatives in collaboration with the central HC teams.
Coordinat e with peers from other locations to work on common PAN India projects.
Interface with HC Shared Services, HC Payroll, HC BGV, GM team for various inputs related to employee life cycle.
Build strong connect with internal stakeholders through constant engagement and dialogue.
Adopt proactive approach towards appropriate planning and prioritization of tasks
Coordinat e with the recruitment team whenever required to support the hiring lifecycle.
Understand and interpret GPS scores for the business and drive actionables around the focus areas identified.
Manage interactions during employee exits, targeting retention and capturing insights around exit reasons.
Manag e employee queries and service requests.
Ensure compliances defined under AAF, and completion of necessary HC actions in cases of non-compliance.
Proficiency in MS O ffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
