We are a leading UK based Supermarket and Online E commerce store having backing office operations and Customer Service Team in India. We are looking for smart and energetic people to join our team.

Customer Service Executive - International Process (UK Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web-chat, emails and phone calls based communication tools.
  • Contacts will be from customers and ensure superior customer experience.
  • Address customer queries in case of payment issues, respond to other types of inquires as well. Attention to detail.
  • Responsible to attend incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
  • Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate

Experience: Experienced person Needed

Pre-requisites: Good communication skills, Analytical knowledge, Logical thinking, Customer Oriented Service
