- Good Knowledge of Linux system administrator, L1-L3 Level Technical support.
- Who will be responsible for Software installation, Implementation, Training, implementation, Software testing, Customer Technical Support, sort out customers issues?
- Managing IT related requests/queries.
- Good hold on the English language and must be typing speed above 35+
- Have to be a little bit expert in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, js, PHP Languages.
- In addition to this, he/she must be a good and quick learner.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Customers are god and always we have showcase skills and represent our technical problem-solving ability
- Timely action on respective problems and solve them on time and maintain SLA.
- Good Communication Skill that effectively articulates complex ideas.
- Relays, collects and exchanges information daily with all GA staff and management.
- Accurately Identify, Resolve or Delegate issues reported by staff via Email/Phone/Chat.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- BTech/BE/MCA in Computer Science.
- Marks above 60% on average.
- Must be a good learner and should continue...
- Salary increment is based on performance.
- Probation periods will be for 3 months and the stipend will be 12k monthly, We will measure performance, speed, and problem-solving ability during the probation period.
- Minimum contract of 14 -15 months, including Probation period.
- The salary will be Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 18,000 per month after successful completion of the Probation period.
- The laptop has to arrange from your side for the first financial year.
