We are looking for a Customer Service Executive at vibrant & growing Company in Edu Tech Industry.
Designation: Customer Service Executive (US Process)
Job Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
CTC Offered: Up to 3.50 Lpa
Shift Timings: Evening Shift
Requirements: Should have an Experience of at least 1 year in Customer Service – US market- Voice Process.
- Graduation is a must. Exceptional English communication.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude and high-energy
- Microsoft Office skills especially basic Excel
- Should have analytical skills.
1. Should have an Experience of at least 1 year in Customer Service – US market.
2. Should be ready to make Outbound calls and answer incoming calls.
3. Should take the ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively follow through to resolution in the given SLA.
4. Should ensure all customers queries are well-investigated and resolved.
5. Develop a professional relationship with customers with a good rapport.
6. Coordinate & provide feedback to the internal team for faster resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
