Designation: Corporate Sales Head

Experience: 5-12 years of work experience

Qualification: MBA

The Corporate Sales Head is responsible for managing sales and marketing division and deployment of sales for the organization. They are responsible for developing the strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. Specific responsibilities include business and market development, customer management, management of market research, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

· Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives.

· Handling the team pan India.

· Exceeding the sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

· Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customers base.

Requirements

· 5-12 years of experience in sales both B2B and B2C.

· Substantial track record of exceeding sales apportions and goals.

· Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with HNI customers.

· Excellent sales, marketing and leadership skills.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
