Position: Business Development Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Business Development Executive is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales leads to support the sales team.
· Should be a highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources like telephone, mass mailing, market research, and from database etc.,
· Achieve desired set targets.
· Should be proactive in following up with the prospective clients.
· Develop innovative methods to generate leads.
· Conduct research to identify potential prospects, Follow up & Fix appointments for the sales team
· Maintain good rapport with existing clients and new clients.
· Send Business proposals, present company concepts & services to prospective clients.
Skills & Qualifications
· We are looking for highly talented, self-motivated individual with excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
· Should be able to build strong networks in- and outside the organization, and work within teams or independently.
· Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience as a Business Development executive preferably in the IT / HR industry.
Qualification: Any graduate or MBA (Marketing)

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
