Job Description

:

MIS & Reporting
    Oversee the process of MIS & report generation to ensure all reports are generated on time and accurately; Review the reports with other senior team members/ sales channel heads to determine outcomes
    Provide guidance to the team on preparation of appropriate formats to get desired outcomes for new report requests
    Prepare presentation and reports for AOP, LRP review etc. as needed

Incentive & Commissions
    Detect anomalies on the incentive structures (different structures for different sub-channel) with the team members, ensure full coverage and exact mapping for accurate and timely calculation; Review to ensure no errors
    Undertake regular audit and provide inputs to the team on aspects such as exceeding set budgets for incentive payout, stretch in target setting and impact on the incentive payout calculations; Discuss observations with sub-channel head and country heads, present findings and seek final decision on payout

Campaign Management
    Design the complete campaign plan for the year including aspects such as criteria, payouts, mode of payouts, etc.
    Cascade communication on campaigns and related information to agents and drive campaigns
    Oversee accuracy and timeliness of calculation of monthly results, seek validation from Finance team and incorporate their inputs and declare results; Coordinate with audit team to resolve their queries on calculations
    Give directions to the team and oversee the end to end fulfillment of all campaigns, finalize the flow of the campaign (e.g. award night), criteria, finalize awards, etc.; Lead vendor management and negotiations
    Intervene and resolve all escalations and accept appreciations

Customer Service and Grievance Handling
    Ensure processes and activities are in compliance with government, PMO, etc. requirements
    Interact with customers (farmers) visiting HO, as needed
    Receive, understand and respond to queries (by drafting letters) for all queries from state government and Government of India
    Impart training to customer service call center teams to respond to queries appropriately from farmers (customers); Make surprise/ planned visits to the call center to monitor call quality and adherence to processes

IT Projects
    Ensure timely and prompt resolution of all issues faced in the 2 digital assets used by the advisors by the IT team
    Engage with teams such as IT, Operations and underwriting to develop a digitalized flow for various inititaves such as introduction of new products on the assets
    Coordinate with the IT department for BRD, developments, provide test cases, UAT testing, etc. and sign off
