Job Description:

Team Lead – Inbound Sales

  • Assume ownership of conversion of lead into subscriptions as well as generation of leads
  • Lead, train, and coach the inbound sales team
  • Set sales targets and motivate sales team to convert leads into subscriptions
  • Establish KPIs to track team performance and motivate to continuously set new boundaries
  • Ensure that the team meets minimum lead conversion targets
  • Innovate and drive initiatives in own area or in other areas of the company to increase lead generation or to convert leads
  • Responsible to develop, deliver and implement the annual sales plan and make short, medium

and long-term sales strategies thereof

  • Manage the sales team and track their pipeline. Build an effective sales team that nurtures

incoming leads and enhances the revenues

  • Provide information to the management by preparing short term, long term product sales

forecasts and special reports & analysis.

Required qualifications:

  • Must: At least 2years of team lead experience in outbound sales
  • Experience: 4-5 years of app-based FMCG sales experience (Preferably in diary/agri-tech industry, but not limited to)
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good Team Management skills.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
