Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Execute a recruiting strategy to fill current openings and ensure the maintenance of optimal manning %
2. Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channels
3. Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns
4. Conduct pre-employment assessments and other checks and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
5. Optimize the talent acquisition process by implementing industry best practices and ensuring compliance with all employment law requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Worked independently or with a team of HR
2. Extremely good communication skills (written and verbal both)
3. Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
4. Full-time Graduate or Post Graduate
5. 3+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced environment. Agency experience will be preferred
Bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field
