Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

· Build teams that are obsessed with providing excellent customer experience.

· Drive the strategy, planning and execution of the organization's overall customer experience goals

· Develop capable teams that are well versed with product knowledge to answer any customer query

· Develop and execute initiatives to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.

· Cascade customer feedback a various level of granularity to respective teams - Sales, Distribution, Payments, Production, Procurement.

· Establish KPIs to track team performance and motivate to continuously set new boundaries

· Innovate and drive initiatives in own area or in other areas of the company to increase lead generation or to convert leads

· Develop best-in-class new customer onboarding team that creates a WoW effect to the new customers without being overbearing or obnoxious.

· Lead, train, and coach the inbound sales team

· Provide information to the management by preparing short-term, long-term product sales forecasts and special reports & analysis.

Requirements:

· 4-8 years of experience in a customer experience role

· Obsession over customer experience

· Experience: 3-5 years of app-based FMCG sales experience (Preferably in diary/agri-tech industry)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proven ability to hustle and manage multiple work streams effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
