We, Oneway Visa Consultants looking for an experienced BDM for our Immigration company location at­­­ SCO-63, 1st floor, Phase-5, SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab 160059. Great opportunity to join the most trusted immigration consultant in North India.

We are looking for great Business Development Managers – to drive our organization to the next level. Our BDMs focus on core sectors including:

  • Corporate Immigration
  • Immigration Services

The Business Development Executive is a hands-on role that requires efficient and high-quality work to support the partners and immigration lawyers in the practice with business development, including bid support; client development; and key account management as well as other marketing and communications initiatives.

You will provide day-to-day support as well as establishing and maintaining the best practices for business development activities across the group.

Key Tasks include:

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations.
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
  • Writing reports.
  • Providing management with feedback.
  • Meeting set Targets.
  • Tie up with international colleges & Universities.

Requirements include:

  • Educated to degree level with previous marketing and business development experience from law, accounting, or finance.
  • Knowledge of the immigration industry is highly recommended.
  • Knowledge of the Education Services.
  • Interest in interacting with international colleges & Universities.
  • Coaching, influencing, and presentation skills and be confident, articulate, resilient, and focused.

v Possesses specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in business development, primarily focused on execution

v Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, with typically at least 3 years professional experience in the immigration sector.

v Experienced (in the same field) candidate will be preferred.

v The person should have excellent communication skills and should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

v Self-motivated, flexible, and dedicated candidates would be our first preference.

v Should have a pleasing personality.

v Good understanding of the Visa application process.

v Result‐orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.

  • You will be able to demonstrate a track record of being proactive and using your initiative, and of delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent project management skills

You will be expected to be an effective member of staff that translates to business growth.

Responsibility: -

v Business Development specialist with ownership all aspects of designated Client relationships with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction.

v Establish, develop and manage the relationship between Visa and designated Clients, industry representatives in-country such as Central Banks, Governments, Bankers Association, and Media.

v Establish, develop and manage relationships in-country with Vendors, Processors, and Domestic Switches.

v Manages Revenue for designated Clients.

v Identify new business development opportunities and take accountability for and manage the project evaluation of these. Focus on achieving business targets through growing existing business and developing new business opportunities. Monitor business results of designated clients and anticipate challenges and take proactive measures to accomplish targets.

v Ensure effective communication of progress to targets both within Visa and with Clients.

v Represent Visa to the Clients by providing a point of contact to them, with permanent high-quality support on the Visa organization, products, systems, and policies.

v Actively contribute to the development of the team through sharing of information, coaching, and support

v Decisions are guided by Visa policies, procedures, and business plans.
