The USI Talent Acquisition Leader will provide leadership to drive the growth and delivery of hires to support business needs, in collaboration with US and USI leadership. Identify opportunities to integrate across Talent teams to improve talent acquisition processes, and support US and USI Talent/Talent Acquisition HR Transformation. In addition, the USI Talent Acquisition Leader will collaborate with Talent Operations leadership in India to enhance the candidate experience.

The individual selected for this role must be able to think both strategically and tactically and must have a consultative approach toward clients and the ability to build strong relationships and influence others. In addition, the individual must have strong communication and facilitation skills and be able to lead and manage change and ambiguity, with a willingness to step outside of comfort zone and drive new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation and creative problem solving. The ideal candidate must possess a strong analytics based thought process that enables him/her to manage quantitative planning and a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about the talent supply chain while being comfortable with drawing up execution plans to drive outcomes.

Job responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute of end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategies, programs and solutions for India acquisition priorities and growth.
In partnership with US Business Recruiting Leadership, lead and develop a passionate team of recruiting professionals dedicated to optimizing the candidate experience
Anticipate future business needs and identify needed investments and infrastructure to ensure scalable acquisition capability is scalable is meet business hiring needs
Provide proactive talent marketplace insights and provides a point of view to drive decision making on Talent Acquisition priorities
Collaborate with India Recruitment/Brand Awareness and University Relations Leader and team on shared programs/priorities
Partner with the Talent Operations leadership to identify, solve, and execute cross-business/cross-channel/cross-geography priorities, challenges and initiatives
Drive coordination of India specific Talent Acquisition matters and special projects with Talent, Business, and Internal/Enabling Area teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk)
Coach and mentor colleagues and provide opportunities for collaboration and development to enhance the experiences of the Talent professionals
Influence peers and business leaders.

Work location: Hyderabad

Work timings: 9am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm (expected to stretch on a need basis)

Bachelor's degree in business or a related area
18+ years of professional experience
Minimum of 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Influence leaders and drive decision making
Ability to think both strategically and tactically
Ability to manage change and work in highly ambiguous environment
Apply problem-solving skills and think outside the box
Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound observations and recommendations
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to partner with various teams and team leaders and provide guidance around how to proceed
Ability to own and drive complex, strategic solutions, be accountable for execution and outcomes, and make impactful decisions
Ability to understand business and operational context and influence outcomes, without formal reporting relationships
Deep knowledge of talent processes
Professional judgement and savviness with navigating stakeholders
Collaboration across borders, businesses, and across teams

The team:
Talent Acquisition team sits within Talent Operations and collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruiting services.
