SALES AND MARKETING

JOB ROLE

  • Various Cold-Mails and Cold-Calling will be done for our company.
  • The primary aim will be to find the Point of Contact of the Business or Customer, who will be handling all the development processes of their business and update them on our messaging platform
  • The sales work will be as follows:
  • Since home automation is a new product for customers, so innovative ways must be found to connect to them
  • The innovative way includes researching the market for the contents that need to be added in the email, and connect with our UI and content team for the same.
  • Then start with sending a small warm welcoming mail, informing about the company, and fixing a time for a meeting or a voice call.
  • 1st Follow up:
  • If they revert, then it’s okay. Call them at the time they have fixed.
  • If they don’t, after 2 days of sending the mail, call them by giving reference to the previous mail
  • 2nd Follow up:
  • Now if the deal is fixed on the 1st follow-up, then no worries. They will be then contacted by phone every week, as a normal follow up, to constantly remind about our company
  • If the deal isn’t cracked, send them another follow-up mail
  • Continue this follow up for 5 consecutive times, and on the 6th time, if they don’t respond, we will send a last funny mail to them, which may or may not attract them
  • After the sales have been done, the connection should be kept with the clients, for collecting pending payments and solve their queries.
  • Our product build time will be 30 days. So, our payment principle will work in 80% (Advance Payment) + 20% (After completing the work)
  • We are also open to your new ideas, that we can implement to increase our productivity.

Perks and Stipend:

  • For every client dealt with and they pay for it (either in advance of 80% or full), that is considered as a Positive Deal. During the internship period minimum of 5 leads must be generated.
  • The stipend will be depended on the leads generated
  • If 5 leads are generated, then at the end of the internship the notified stipend will be paid. Else only Internship letter and Letter of Recommendation.
  • For leads greater than 5, that will be a bonus point for your stipend. Rs. 1000 extra will be paid extra for every positive lead.
  • Ex: You have created 20 leads within the internship tenure, then your stipend will be: (20*1000) + Notified Stipend, at the end of three months.
  • Extra perks will also be provided, like Free Amazon prime or Netflix.
  • Well-Deserving candidates will be offered PPO with starting CTC of 7 LPA and gradually increase over the period.
  • There is no 9 to 5 fixed time. Work can be anytime as wished. But the suitable time for communicating to clients is in the morning from 10 am to 1 pm for B2B, and after 6 pm for B2C. Rest you have to find a suitable time, for closing the deals
