Full Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage large number of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Take orders from the customer over the calls
  • Communicate and coordinate with other colleagues as and when necessary
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time limits, take follow ups
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Good listening & problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Required Bachelors or Masters Degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Emails.
  • Required candidates from Gurgaon and nearby locations
  • preferred candidates with well-versed in Telgu, Tamil, Kannada, etc.

Working Conditions:

  • 6 days in a week
  • Timing - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • No travelling will be there

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
