  • Experience in a phone based remote support role.

  • Fluency in English & Hindi

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

  • Conducting Demo / Training / Resolving Queries of application.
  • Provide first level Technical/Non-technical support
  • Keep technical and product knowledge up to date through self-learning internal training
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
  • Ability to identify solve the user issues over mail/telephone/remote access.
  • Understand the issue reported by the customer, analyze and provide appropriate solution
