- Experience in a phone based remote support role.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Conducting Demo / Training / Resolving Queries of application.
- Provide first level Technical/Non-technical support
- Keep technical and product knowledge up to date through self-learning internal training
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Ability to identify solve the user issues over mail/telephone/remote access.
- Understand the issue reported by the customer, analyze and provide appropriate solution
