System Administration - Assistant Manager

Have you been involved in maintenance and Administration of technical solutions earlier? At Deloitte, we provide you an opportunity to be an integral part of the Digital Enablement team that develops and supports various technical solutions. As a System Administrator, you will maintain and administer various Talent related systems and applications getting an opportunity to cater to the various Talent stakeholders.

Work you’ll do

Engineering of solutions for various project and operational needs.
Install new / rebuild existing tools and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
Contribute to and maintain system standards.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
Create, change, and delete user accounts per request
Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
Identify improvements in the current existing process
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to share process
Demonstrates ability to define expectations and scope client assignments.
Establishing trust as a go-to resource for clients.
Able to deliver tough client feedback and recommendations.
Demonstrates an ability to use various communication media and styles.
Demonstrates a command of technical writing skills, including grammar and punctuation, so communications are free of typos, inconsistencies and errors.
Manages to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery i.e. delivering regular reports within time, checking mailbox to ensure timely delivery etc.
Manage and build quality standards within the team
Gathers and shares best practices and benchmarks.
Manage and build sustainable business continuity plan for the team

Demonstrate very strong technical skills in MS Office suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
