Looking for a Talent Acquisition manager with Minimum 4 years of experience who will be responsible for filling positions in the company by sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability to the company. As part of your responsibility, you will also ensure that the current employees are satisfied with the company.

Job Description

  • Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the Org
  • Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining the recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding
  • Managing Campus Recruitment
  • Focusing on Employer Branding Strategies - Social Media, Glassdoor, LinkedIn –
  • Automation: Designing Recruitment Process Flow - ATS
  • Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop/oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans –
  • Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve the quality of hires
  • Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from traditional and/or diverse talent pools
  • Reporting into the HR Head

Requisite Candidate: -

1. Should have a minimum work experience of 4+years in end-to-end recruitment and worked on volume hiring recruitment projects.

2. Good at Social Media hiring methodologies.

3. Understanding of recruiting metrics & SLAs

4. Good Interpersonal and communication Skills

Education

1. Any Specialization in Administration, commerce, Psychology, or more

Salary Offered (In hand) : - 20,000 pm to 35000 pm

Expected Start Date: 8/6/2021
