Pre-requisites:

1) Education:

Graduate

2) Career experience:

1 to 2 Years – in a similar role

1) Industry exposure:

Automobile

2) Skills required:

· Customer orientation

· Basic understanding of Sales/ pre-owned car business

· Communication skills

· Basic product knowledge

· Process orientation

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for bike sales target achievement

2) Responsible for generating leads

3) Ensuring customer satisfaction

4) Following bike sales process

5) Attend to all Prospect/Customer concern escalation promptly and resolve their concerns making it a pleasant experience, and generate positive reference

6) When required get involved by Manager with serious prospects to get the deal closed in favourable terms.

7) Ensure greater thrust is given to clear aging stock as per the guidelines of the Management.

8) Ensure sourcing vehicles from Southwest Motorcorp is a pleasant experience for customers with prompt processing and quality deliverables

9) Ensure always Self is presented in professional attire, pleasant body language, high hygiene levels, positive attitude, and are successful in gaining confidence of every prospects

10) Providing management with reports at regular basis, as stipulated.

11) Other roles/responsibilities as deemed necessary by the management
