We are looking for a Receptionist and Office Runner to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

What you will really be doing
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Maintaining the office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Recording visitor Information as per COVID Protocol.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Handling incoming and outing Courier/deliveries
Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail / parcels
Helping organise and maintain office common Areas
Performing general office clerk duties and errands
Supporting office administration team
How you will be doing this
You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to ensure the best results.
You'll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.
You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you can get it. We even have a robot!

Skills and requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Customer service attitude
High school degree
Ideally passion for games
