Job title – Manager – HR Ops

Role Purpose
Responsible for conducting day to day HR Operations effectively to provide proactive HR support to the entire life cycle for BCEESIPL Staff & Third Party Staff (Contractual staffing) . This mainly includes data/information management, timely payroll processing, audits and ensure statutory & labour law compliances as per Indian laws along with generalist HR support.

Main accountabilities
  • Managing HR operations from hire to retire.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in administration & audit of compensation & benefit including Payroll & medical insurance.
  • Manging relations with internal stakeholders like Finance, Facility, IT as well as external stakeholders like vendors with specific domain expertise.
  • Good hands-on for managing statutory compliances related to Shops & Establishment as well as Payroll related compliances.
  • Leading the internal & external HR Audits

Role specific knowledge and experience:
  • At least 7-9 years work experience in HR with a clear understanding ofthe HRMS Systems (preferably Success Factors or any other cloud based system), HR processes and hands on experience of payroll processing, contract labour & local statutory compliances will be essential.
  • Proactive & Effective communication with good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of building effective relationships with business teams and managing a range of internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of high quality and effective professional HR services.
  • Experience working in a multinational and multi-cultural organization.
  • Excellent data management skills and Proficient in advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
