. The job roles & responsibilities are as follows -


Need a responsible person who will make calls to book the installation of jobs. He would call the customer & the electrician. The right candidate will be able to manage the time slots and assign jobs.
Calling our clients, taking their feedback, asking them about their experience, making sure that they did not face any issues and trying to get a google review from them.
Will need a person who would check invoices for each individual jobs and make sure that they are paid.
Need a person who would help us with paperwork, check all rebate paperwork, make sure that the quality is right.
Keep a check on the stock with our partner warehousing provider and manage the stock.
Calculate the sales each salesperson is doing, make sure that they are meeting their KPIs and motivating them to achieve more targets.
Checking all jobs that are completed and making sure that there is nothing else needed in the job and all paperwork has been processed.
Assigning jobs to the electrician through the CRM software.
Checking their daily jobs and reminding them if their paperwork is not complete.
Executive assistant to one of our sales manager and helping him/her achieve the targets more efficiently.
Booking hotels, arranging paperwork and all other miscellaneous work required to be done for the sales operator.
Outbound calls

Cold calling to a list of residential end-users and trying to convert their old water pump system to a new more efficient system under the government incentive program.
Following up with all website leads and trying to close the leads by upgrading their water pump systems.
Inbound calls

Attending to all our inbound calls. Can act as a receptionist if needed and direct the call to the right department.
Attending to our inbound sales query and trying to close the deal. Trying to collect as much information as possible for our salesperson to close the deal.


High School Diploma or equivalent.
More education or experience may be preferred.
Active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
Strong time management and decision making skills.
Adaptability and accountability.
Needs to have at least 2-3 years of Internation calling experience.
Prior experience of working for an international process is a must.

The office is located at Andheri East Saki vihar road (Between powai & saki naka metro station)
