Responsibilities:

  • On-board retailers to our platform and pitch them about the products available with us.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Go On-Ground and meet all the potential customers and convince them to place orders to

Yojak.

  • Follow-Up on all existing leads and convert those leads into customers.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to

maintain trust

  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports on their sales funnel and the status of all leads and their conversions.
  • Should know how to deal with Large Order Values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the building materials industry.
  • Knowledge of Building Materials Industry with experience in either Ceramics or Faucets.
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi/English and Local Language)
  • Excellent persuasive skills
  • Ability to negotiate with customers on prices

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Yearly bonus
