- On-board retailers to our platform and pitch them about the products available with us.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Go On-Ground and meet all the potential customers and convince them to place orders to
- Follow-Up on all existing leads and convert those leads into customers.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports on their sales funnel and the status of all leads and their conversions.
- Should know how to deal with Large Order Values.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the building materials industry.
- Knowledge of Building Materials Industry with experience in either Ceramics or Faucets.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi/English and Local Language)
- Excellent persuasive skills
- Ability to negotiate with customers on prices

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
