  • Achievement of Sales Target : Achieve the sales targets for the assigned Region Acquire New to Bank Customers Identify potential areas and base of customers for business Liase & drive core business through Branch, Private Banking, DSA and other Retail Asset channels Cross Sell Products : Engage with customers and cross-sell engagement products and activation products at every new sourcing level Cross-sell of various Assets and Liability products Team Management Human resource management and Team building Ensure that the team works as a cohesive unit and is ready to adapt to organizational goals Draft a career path for the Team members to look up to Ensure team achieves productivity levels Quality Parameters Lead Management, ensure timely updation, improved quality of leads & high conversion ratios Ensure complaints are resolved & closed Monitoring of end use of transactions and timely updations within the TAT prescribed Focus on FTR cases.


  • Exposure to Marketing in Finance /Broking/Insurance/Mutual Fund industry.
  • Good Communication skills, Analytical and good interpersonal skills,
  • Self driven to achieve targets, team management & motivating skills.
