Job Title: Analyst – Reporting & Governance, PMO

Purpose of the job:

Contributes towards collating and interpreting performance measures for review with Shared Services Senior management to aid decision making and play an important role in enhancing the quality-of-service delivery.

Context and environment:
  • Provide information and insights based on service delivery for SSC
  • Effective engagement with stake holders (HoDs/Reporting SPOCs)
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance delivery

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

  • Collate, synthesise & analyse performance inputs for Shared Services deliveries
  • Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports & dashboards for management reporting and governance
  • Developing intuitive presentations for Sr. Management
  • Active engagements with stake holders to review & highlight delivery/area wise gaps in performance management
  • Perform trend analysis to identify opportunities & recommend areas of improvements
  • Supporting PMO Manager in running effective Governance reviews
Information Security

  • Read, understand, and comply with the information security policies
  • Raise incident / blow whistle when observe any noncompliance to information security policies
