Volume Zero is looking for a responsible Executive to support our Management in a timely and professional manner.
The Executive Assistant’s main duties include communicating with the management and other stake holders, communicating with clients, curate reports and organizing daily calendars. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements
The candidate must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1+ years of relevant experience
Good organizational and planning skills. A highly organized, confident self-starter with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Proficient computer skills
Proactive and goal oriented with a strong willingness to learn and constantly improve.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Executes their job with an eye for detail

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

First point of contact: dealing with correspondence via email and phone calls
Managing and organizing activity Calender, meetings and appointments.
Take dictation and minutes
Communicate tasks and deadlined to respective teams and consultants
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining administrative systems
Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager

Working Hours

Office Timings - 10 am to 7 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
