Your role

The Collaboration services (CS) team is a dedicated function that resides under the UBS Technology Operation Center (TOC) support function. As part of the CS Team the successful candidate will perform hands-on tasks to migrate, manage and maintain our Microsoft O365, on prem Exchange 2016 and Skype for Business Offerings and related technologies

Are you an expert when it comes to collaboration tools like O365, Skype for Business and Exchange? Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We’re looking for a IT support analyst to:

  • Manage integration of the Office Suite on O365 i.e. Exchange, Skype, Teams, SharePoint, AD (FS), OneDrive, etc
  • Manage and monitor Office 365 services and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Document changes to the systems using change management best practices.
  • Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
  • Assist with the migration of large volumes of data into the cloud platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.
  • Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.
  • Ensure service delivery meets the business requirements (based on defined SLAs).
  • Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution in line with the sourcing governance framework.
  • Champion the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for our business.
  • Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, and data center operation teams, to facilitate effective issue resolution
  • Ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard.
  • Contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services.
  • Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements.
  • Maintain a knowledge database.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Collaboration services team in Pune locations. We provide cutting edge service delivery of communication and collaboration platforms including Exchange, Skype for Business and O365 in a global enterprise. As a Collaboration Services IT Analyst , you’ll play an important role in migrating and supporting O365 and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Your expertise

  • Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, and data center operation teams, to facilitate effective issue resolution
  • Create / Enhance Policies and compliance, work with SSO and multifactor authentication.
  • Support on prem systems like Skype for Business and Exchange 2016.
  • Deep knowledge of MSOL and its interaction with on-premise Active Directory.
  • Supporting Skype for Business/Teams and troubleshooting call quality issues.
  • Troubleshooting Intune issues and creating new policies.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and it’s interaction with Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 Teams/Groups/Video/Delve/Power BI.
  • Advanced skills managing Office 365 using PowerShell.
  • Experience with Azure AD user management both for Office 365 and third-party services.
  • Support of Office 365 mobile applications.
  • The ability to multitask using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Mature and self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Capability to work as an effective member of a global team.
  • Ability to relate the goals of IT service delivery to business goals.
  • Ability to own, communicate and drive resolution in a timely manner to meet customer SLA's.

  • 5+ years of experience with Exchange (on premise/online) administration.
  • 2+ years of Office 365 (over 1000 users) administration experience.
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Windows Server administration experience.
  • Office 365 or any other Microsoft certifications a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience with Office 365 migration tools.
  • Experienced and well versed in all Microsoft environments.
  • Programming languages and scripting languages related to platform.
  • Strong work ethic, with a passion to determine root cause of problems/issues
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
